Igniting Passion, Inspiring Minds: Tilstock’s Science Fair Success

At Tilstock, we aim to ignite the spark of curiosity and foster a love for lifelong learning.

Our now well established Science Fair, each term encourages types of learning such as critical thinking and problem solving – skills that are transferable both in and beyond the classroom. For the event the children are invited to conduct a science investigation at home, before presenting their scientific findings to their peers in a special whole school assembly.

Friday saw our Chair of Governors judge the final presentations with prizes awarded: Toren – 1st place, Louis – 2nd, Darcey -3rd, and Tom as the runner-up!

All our participating scientists received a well-deserved certificate and applause! We were so impressed by them all – really well done everyone!
